有用貴金属回収装置

現代社会の産物としてその発生をくい止めることができない電子廃棄物。
世界中で発生する電子廃棄物は6432万㌧（1 人当たり約 7.3kg）、これが 2030 年には 7400 万㌧、2050 年には 1 億 1000 万㌧まで増加すると予想されています。電気電子機器の中に金、銀、銅などの貴金属だけでなく、リチウム、コバルトなどのレアメタルが含まれていることから、「都市鉱山」とも呼ばれています。この貴重なレアメタルが採掘（回収・リサイクル）される割合はまだまだ低く、ほとんどが廃棄されている状況です。
こうした現状を打破するために開発されたのが、当社の有用貴金属回収装置です。

電子基板を炉内で熱分解し、有用貴金属を抽出。猛毒の排煙を完全燃焼し有害物質を無害化。1,000 度以上の排煙を70 度以下まで一気に冷却。排煙の中に残留する有害物質をろ過。煙を無害化して残った水蒸気を放出。

Electrical and electronic equipment contains not only precious metals such as gold, silver, and copper, but also rare metals such as lithium and cobalt, which is why it is also referred to as an "urban mine. The percentage of these precious rare metals that are mined (recovered and recycled) is still low, and most of them are disposed of.
